Responsibilities
- Pre-weigh all chemicals required in batches.
- Complete batches in a safe, timely manner with passing quality specifications.
- Weigh, mix, and heat materials according to procedures and instructions per the given formula so that finished product meets customer requirements.
- Produce bulk using a multiple‑phase batch making process.
- Record all production data on batch records inclusive of raw materials used, quantities, and time intervals.
- Demonstrate ability to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Understand process flow charts and ability to recognize discrepancies and conflicts.
