Responsibilities Order raw materials in SAPReceive raw materials in SAPInventory all Raw Materials and Chemical and record electronicallyRecord each batch & items received on compounding log Manual and ElectronicProgram Latex formulas in PLC via HMI ScreenFollow Production schedule and maintain proper inventory levels of Latex for each coater.Monitor holding tanks for cleaning requirements.Closely monitor the equipment and processRespond quickly to equipment/ process issuesClean Filter baskets at required frequencyMaintain driver log for Filler and HydrateMonitor Wastewater tank for ability to use.Manage Material deliveries from Vendor when they arrive.Coordinate which material is received in correct storage tanks.Daily email communication of batch production and current issues needing addressedThis position has Mandatory OT when required. This position will require Mandatory Saturday when required.Maintain a clean work areaHandling chemicals and following all Safety and PPE protocols. Qualifications Must have Windows experienceMust have good math skills. Must have Compound experienceMust have SAP experienceMust have good time managementMust be able to work alone Must be able to use Excel All excel sheets are not basic sheets. Must know Word and how to create documentsAny Lab testing experience is a plusMust have excellent prioritization skills.Must be able to trouble shoot by process of elimination.Must have mechanical skillsMust be able to communicate in English, written and verbal.Must be able to move & lift to 50 lbs.Must conform to safe work practicesMust have excellent attendanceMust be able to track inventoryMust be able to communicate with VendorsMust be able to work last minute OvertimeThis is a requirement.Must be able to work Saturday Must be able to train on all 3 shifts during the training period. Each shift has a few separate items they are responsible for.
