Responsibilities

• Support the manufacture and assembly of advanced aerospace components
• Work with composite materials, tools and equipment to complete production tasks
• Follow engineering drawings, work instructions and quality standards
• Help ensure products meet the high standards required by the aerospace industry
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment
• Work closely with experienced team members to learn new skills and develop your expertise
• Support the production of components used in leading aerospace and defense programs
• Contribute to a team culture focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen) per ITAR regulations to comply with export control requirements

Physical Requirements

• This role involves standing, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Candidates should be able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 35 lbs
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment using appropriate personal protective equipment
