Responsibilities
- Support the manufacture and assembly of advanced aerospace components
- Work with composite materials, tools and equipment to complete production tasks
- Follow engineering drawings, work instructions and quality standards
- Help ensure products meet the high standards required by the aerospace industry
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment
- Work closely with experienced team members to learn new skills and develop your expertise
- Support the production of components used in leading aerospace and defense programs
- Contribute to a team culture focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen) per ITAR regulations to comply with export control requirements
Physical Requirements
- This role involves standing, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Candidates should be able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 35 lbs
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment using appropriate personal protective equipment
