About the role

Interviews are taking place now. Training classes begin July 13th and 27th

Responsibilities

  • Prepare molds, tooling, and forms for composite fabrication
  • Measure, mark, and cut composite materials including carbon fiber tape, woven fabrics, honeycomb core, adhesives, and related materials
  • Lay up composite materials according to engineering specifications and work instructions
  • Vacuum bag composite assemblies for oven curing
  • Inspect work to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and team objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

Physical requirements

  • Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for the majority of the shift
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
  • Ability to lift materials and equipment as required

Compensation and schedule

  • Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:45 a.m. – 3:15 p.m., Starting Pay: $22.00/hour
  • Afternoon Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:30 p.m. – 2:00 a.m., Starting Pay: $23.00/hour (includes shift differential)

Training

A paid two-week training program is required for all new hires in Composites:

  • Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
