Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in business, healthcare administration, legal studies, or related field required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Three to five (3-5) years’ experience in an administrative, regulatory, or compliance support role
  • Professional certification in Healthcare Compliance preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Power BI Reporting
  • Previous experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) reporting and data analytics
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Familiarity with revenue integrity processes or non-profit corporate compliance, desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the annual compliance work plan to ensure the program effectively identifies, prevents, detects, and remediates noncompliance risks.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to foster a strong culture of compliance and ethical conduct across the organization.
  • Own the compliance policy lifecycle, including proactive planning, review, updates, and renewal to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational priorities.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive compliance reports, dashboards, and insights for internal leadership and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies.
  • Lead compliance audits and investigations, partnering with departments to assess risk, ensure thorough documentation, and track corrective actions to completion.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships across departments while conducting reviews and investigations, promoting transparency, accountability, and risk awareness.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on existing and emerging regulatory requirements and their organizational impact.
  • Design and deliver targeted training and education programs to enhance understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Advise on and influence the development and enhancement of policies and procedures to strengthen compliance controls.
  • Oversee intake, triage, and resolution of Compliance Hotline and email reports, ensuring appropriate investigation, documentation and reporting.
  • Provide consultative support in response to compliance-related inquiries, ensuring consistent and risk-aligned guidance.
  • Safeguard confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive and high-risk information.
  • Lead PCI compliance efforts, including oversight of PCI DSS adherence, coordination of annual assessments, and partnership with IT and Finance to maintain required controls and documentation.
  • Apply strategic and analytical thinking to identify compliance risks, remove barriers, and implement sustainable, solutions-oriented improvements.

Pay

$71,000-$76,000 based on experience, degree, and certifications.
