Compliance Specialist

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in human services, Social Work, or Public Health.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Suite including Excel, Forms, Word and Sharepoint; Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and other software is preferred.
• Experience in data collection and data management; ideally developing succinct benchmark and findings reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel.
• Experience working in Behavioral Health Settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports compliance and regulatory activities by collecting, analyzing, and tracking data across all Spectrum programs.
• Maintains compliance data and systems.
• Supports organizational safety and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborates with departments across the organization.
• Makes sure incidents, grievances, licensing, accreditation, contractual, and regulatory requirements are being met.
• Assists with licensure and accreditation applications.

Pay

• $28.00-$32.00/hour.

Schedule

• Full-Time, in-person.
• Some local travel throughout Massachusetts may be required.
