Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective processes and procedures to achieve successful implementation of global compliance requirements designed to mitigate compliance risks.
• Lead the SPE Ethics & Legal Compliance department’s merger and acquisitions integration team.
• Project manage the design, development, and ongoing operation of new compliance solutions designed to address evolving business and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with business teams and relevant cross-functional stakeholders to undertake additional activities as needed to address compliance requirements globally.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of compliance operations experience
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft One Note, WorldCheck or other risk intelligence and screening platform and CornerStone on Demand or other learning management system, preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience in the Entertainment Industry is a plus

Pay

The anticipated base salary for this position is $77,000-$90,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits.
