Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the enterprise Authoritative Source Library (ASL), a program and workflow managed by the corporate compliance program office containing the compliance requirements inventory, impact ratings, and oversight assignments.
• Operate and maintain the library, training, reporting, QC/QA, and governance of regulatory content across systems of record, including Archer and ServiceNow.
• Lead cross‑functional projects across oversight and other enterprise groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically more than six years of applicable experience

Skills

• Considerable knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business
• Considerable understanding of the business line’s operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls
• Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies
• Strong analytical, process facilitation and project management skills
• Effective presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Effective relationship building and negotiation skills
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
• Applicable professional certifications
• Experience managing content in a database, such as Archer or ServiceNow
• Independent with high follow‑through; sense of ownership for responsibilities; and the ability to work with and through others
• Experience owning or managing a compliance requirements library or similar eGRC process and workflows

Pay

$105,400.00 - $124,000.00

Schedule

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank Location three (3) or more days per week.
