Compliance Program Manager - Physician Compliance

About the role

The Compliance Program Manager supports the Physician Compliance Department by implementing and managing the organization’s systemwide Compliance Program.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure activities align with legal, industry, and organizational standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and reduce risks.
• Identify, report, and resolve compliance issues promptly.
• Promote adherence to federal and state laws, regulations, and policies.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise leadership accordingly.
• Develop policies supporting legal compliance and conduct risk assessments.
• Design and manage training programs on compliance and ethics.
• Coordinate audits, investigations, and develop monitoring plans.
• Track performance metrics and report findings to leadership and regulators.
• Collaborate with Legal, Internal Audit, Risk Management, and other departments to uphold compliance.
• Continuously improve the program based on feedback and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Healthcare compliance certification within two years of hire.
• Extensive experience in healthcare, audit, legal, or compliance roles.
