Compliance Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Compliance Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space. This role will build and strengthen enterprise-wide compliance programs that support safe, reliable, and well-governed operations in a regulated transportation environment. You will own the design of audit frameworks, training requirements, reporting dashboards, and documentation processes that help the organization stay ahead of evolving regulatory expectations. The position also partners closely with internal teams and external agencies to maintain strong compliance relationships and drive continuous improvement. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Design enterprise compliance programs for OSHA, EPA, and GMP standards Monitor regulatory changes and adapt compliance programs accordingly Build and maintain internal audit frameworks for compliance Develop compliance training requirements and content for staff Serve as liaison for regulatory agencies and maintain compliance relationships Create and manage compliance documentation infrastructure Build real-time compliance reporting and performance dashboards Qualifications 5+ years of experience in compliance management within regulated industries Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, GMP, and related regulatory frameworks Proven ability to develop and implement compliance programs from scratch Experience conducting internal audits and inspections Excellent relationship management skills with regulatory agencies Strong analytical skills and experience with data reporting systems Ability to communicate complex regulatory information clearly across different levels of the organization Benefits Opportunity to shape compliance strategies at a growing organization Collaborative work environment with cross-departmental exposure Access to professional development and compliance training resources Potential for career advancement within a dynamic industry Participation in a comprehensive compliance program that emphasizes sustainability and innovation Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
