Compliance Officer

About the role

Responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Conduct audits, investigate complaints, and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Investigate employee complaints and conduct investigations as necessary.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans based on audit findings and investigation results.
• Train employees on compliance procedures and policies.
• Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Experience with compliance software and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
