Compliance Officer (Administrative Staff)

Job Duties

• Provide administrative support to ensure compliance with legal timelines
• Track lawsuits in which the agency is a party
• Coordinate the administrative rule review filing process
• Aid in and track agency fulfillment of public record requests
• Affirm mandatory ethics law requirements
• Aid with records retention

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with filing administrative rules and State of Ohio government agencies
• Familiarity with records retention schedules, Ohio Ethics Laws, and Ohio Public Records Laws
