Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to ensure compliance with legal timelines
- Track lawsuits in which the agency is a party
- Coordinate the administrative rule review filing process
- Aid in and track agency fulfillment of public record requests
- Affirm mandatory ethics law requirements
- Aid with records retention
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with filing administrative rules and State of Ohio government agencies
- Familiarity with records retention schedules, Ohio Ethics Laws, and Ohio Public Records Laws
