About the role
The Prevention of Sexual Abuse (PSA) Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring adherence to 45 CFR Part 411 and ORR policies within a child welfare program.
Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation and compliance with PSA standards to prevent, detect, and respond to sexual abuse and harassment.
- Provide on-site child-facing services, educating children about their rights and reporting options.
- Develop policies, procedures, and training materials related to PSA.
- Cook up reporting processes, investigations, and follow-ups with authorities.
- Conduct facility walkthroughs, audits, and documentation to ensure best practices.
- Cook up communication with ORR and other stakeholders, ensuring standards are integrated into policies.
- Foster a safe environment, providing resources and support for victims.
- Manage incident documentation, data, and quality assurance processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or related fields.
- At least one year of experience in child welfare standards, compliance, or quality assurance.
- Experience with audits, monitoring, and facility assessments.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record; ability to drive personal vehicle if needed.
- PREFERRED: ORR LTFC PSA/45 CFR Part 411 compliance experience, bilingual skills, and trauma-informed practices.
