About the role
A compliance manager is responsible for ensuring that all company operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. They also develop and implement policies and procedures to prevent non-compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance programs and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures related to compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Compliance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance management or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

$60,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
