Compliance Manager

About the role

A compliance manager is responsible for ensuring that all company operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. They also develop and implement policies and procedures to prevent non-compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance programs and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
• Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures related to compliance.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Compliance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance management or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay

$60,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
