Compliance Manager

Qualifications

  • Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures in alignment with company and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO Quality Management Systems).
  • Monitor and evaluate quality control processes, conduct internal audits, and support external audit activities.
  • Inspect products and services at various stages to ensure compliance with established standards and customer expectations.
  • Analyze quality data using statistical process control (SPC) and other tools to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Investigate customer complaints, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers, to resolve quality issues and maintain compliance.
  • Train, mentor, and lead staff on quality standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and complete quality documentation to support audits, certifications, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing and/or distribution environment.
  • Hands-on experience applying quality principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with statistical process control and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9000 quality systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership ability with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
