About the Role
As our Compliance Manager, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit. You’ll support the card compliance program by ensuring compliance with applicable consumer lending laws and regulations. Responsibilities
- Partner with multiple teams to drive compliance across credit card marketing, underwriting, product and account feature development, and account acquisition channels.
- Evaluate customer-facing digital products, marketing materials, and decisioning criteria to ensure alignment with applicable consumer laws and internal policies.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability by breaking down complex requirements to help teams navigate regulatory considerations and support risk-based decision-making.
- Detect regulatory compliance issues and ensure they are properly documented and escalated.
- Partner with business line management to identify solutions and risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including Fair Lending, Reg Z, Reg B, Reg E, BSA/AML, UDAAP, FCRA, TILA, ECOA, FDCPA, GLBA/Privacy, MLA, SCRA, and other relevant requirements.
- Monitor for relevant regulatory updates and compliance trends to identify potential upstream risks and issues; communicate opportunities to business line management to drive adjustments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of compliance experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of credit cards, payment, and consumer lending systems.
- CRCM certification, preferred.
- Experience interpreting and applying consumer compliance laws, rules, and regulations.
- Demonstrated track record of execution and results while managing multiple competing priorities.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions by balancing compliance risk with business goals.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
