Compliance Director
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map headings accordingly.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Keep all substantive info.
We need sections only when posting has real specific content. So we can have:
- About Vitra Health (maybe as "About the role"? Actually "About Vitra Health" is about company; we could use "About the role" heading? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests we can use those exact headings if appropriate. But we can also use other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect those headings. So we should map content to those headings.
Thus sections:
- About the role: could include description of Vitra Health and the opportunity. Could combine "About Vitra Health" and "The Opportunity". Provide prose.
- Responsibilities: list of key responsibilities (bulleted). Use - .
- Requirements: "What We Are Looking For" includes experience, education, etc. Could be Requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe "Preferred Qualifications". Could be Qualifications.
- Benefits: "Perks and Benefits". Use Benefits heading.
- Work Environment and Physical Requirements: maybe not a standard heading; but we could include under Requirements? Or maybe we create a separate section? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could incorporate work environment into Requirements or maybe a separate "Work Environment" but not in list. Since they didn't list Work Environment as example heading, maybe we should not create a separate heading; we could fold into Requirements or Qualifications? But it's substantive; we could include under Requirements as part of "Work Environment and Physical Requirements". However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including qualifications, preferred qualifications, work environment), Benefits. That's four sections.
We must not include Pay or Schedule because not mentioned.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include details from each bullet.
Let's extract:
