Summary
What You'll Do As our Compliance Data Clerk, you'll play a critical role in maintaining accurate product and compliance information that supports our customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate product and compliance data within our ERP system
- Review, update, and verify product specifications, certifications, and supporting documentation
- Ensure product information meets regulatory, customer, and company compliance requirements
- Research and retrieve documentation from internal systems and external suppliers
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in product data and documentation
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical compliance records
- Support supplier documentation and import/compliance record management
- Maintain organized filing systems for confidential supplier and product information
- Afford assistance with customer inquiries related to compliance documentation
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors to our Plant 6 location by:
- Greeting visitors and employees in a professional and welcoming manner
- Managing visitor check-in procedures, badges, and security requirements
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of office administration, data entry, customer service, or related experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel experience preferred)
- ERP experience (Oracle preferred)
- Experience handling confidential information with professionalism
