About the role

The Part-time Compliance Coordinator- Corporate Finance will assist the Corporate Finance- Compliance Delegate regarding all compliance matters of the Corporate Finance department.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding compliance requirements and monitoring developments
  • Maintaining compliance with governmental filings, reporting, notices, and other similar requirements
  • Identifying compliance risks and leading efforts to mitigate the most significant compliance risks
  • Ensuring Corporate Finance policies and procedures are up-to-date
  • Ensuring Corporate Finance employees are trained and have access to information, including policies and procedures pertaining to compliance matters
  • Responding and reporting of non-compliance events
  • Participating in enterprise-wide compliance efforts

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- SharePoint
  • Experience or background in regulatory matters is preferred
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling varied administrative responsibilities

Pay

Hourly Rate Range: $65.00 - $80.00 based on experience

Schedule

This is a part-time position, 3-days a week (Hybrid schedule. Flexible on which days are worked)
