We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? Actually we have sections: DEVELOPMENT DETAILS, ROLE EXPECTATIONS, What Success Looks Like, How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time, Who This Role Is For, Experience That Helps, What We Offer, About Rendall & Rittner, How We Hire. Also we have Pay: £32,000 - £35,000. Schedule: Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730. Benefits: list in What We Offer. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use h3 for section headings. Use ul/li for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use p for prose. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need sections: About the role? Not exactly; we have DEVELOPMENT DETAILS (description of location). Could treat as "About the development" but heading must be from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must map content to these headings where appropriate. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should only use those headings. If content doesn't fit, we might not use a heading? But we need to preserve all substantive information. We could embed other info under appropriate headings, maybe using paragraphs without headings? The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we can decide to include sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. Let's extract: - Pay: £32,000 - £35,000 -> Pay section. - Schedule: Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730 -> Schedule section. - Benefits: list in What We Offer: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, enrolment into pension scheme, employee assistance programme, employee referral scheme, team uniform, fully funded training and development opportunities, access to discounts across travel, retail, fitness and entertainment. Also maybe other benefits? That's it. - About the role: could be the DEVELOPMENT DETAILS paragraph describing the development and environment. That's about the role context. So we can put that under About the role. - Responsibilities: ROLE EXPECTATIONS, What Success Looks Like, How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time, Who This Role Is For (maybe more about qualifications), Experience That Helps (requirements). We need to split. Responsibilities: duties: coordinating statutory compliance, liaising with contractors, scheduling works, updating trackers, ensuring documentation, surfacing risks, communicating, supporting safety culture. Also specific tasks: managing compliance calendar, coordinating contractor visits, verifying RAMS, maintaining digital records, tracking remedial actions, producing reports, responding to queries. We'll put those under Responsibilities as a list. Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: Could combine. The posting has "Who This Role Is For" (organised, detail-focused, communication, ownership, calm under pressure, enjoy improving processes). Also "Experience That Helps": coordinating compliance, H&S or facilities tasks within residential/mixed-use, hands-on experience managing action logs, using property/compliance systems, working with contractors reviewing RAMS/permits, preparing reports/dashboards. Those are experience/skills. Could treat as Requirements (or Qualifications). We'll make a Requirements section with list of experience/skills. Could also have Skills section but we prefer few substantive sections. We'll combine into Requirements. We also have About Rendall & Rittner and How We Hire (process). Those are not in allowed headings; we could either omit or incorporate into About the role? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include that info somewhere. If we don't have a heading for it, we could put it in a paragraph without a heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use h3 for section headings (e.g. those). It might be okay to use other headings but they gave examples. Safer to stick to those headings and embed other info under appropriate sections, maybe as paragraphs under About the role or Requirements. We can include About Rendall & Rittner under About the role as additional context. How We Hire could be under Requirements? Not exactly. Could be a separate section but not in list; maybe we can omit because it's process info, but we must preserve substantive information. However, the instruction says "remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." How We Hire is not boilerplate; it's part of the posting describing hiring process. Might be considered substantive. We could include it under a section like "About the role" or maybe under "Requirements"? Not ideal. Perhaps we can create a section "About the company" but not allowed. Could we treat it as part of "About the role"? The role description includes company info. We'll add a paragraph under About the role about Rendall & Rittner and hiring process. Thus final HTML:

We must ensure no duplicate lines, no boilerplate. We removed "INTERESTED? Apply with your CV..." etc. Also removed "All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK..." etc. That's application instructions/boilerplate, remove. Check that we didn't miss any substantive info: The "What Success Looks Like" details are covered in responsibilities? We have some but not all. The success criteria: All statutory inspections and routine tests scheduled ahead, completed on time, evidenced without gaps; compliance documentation meticulously maintained, version-controlled, instantly retrievable; actions from risk assessments tracked through closure; contractors well-briefed, inducted, monitored; resident/stakeholder communications timely, clear, proactive; accurate compliance reporting delivered to management on time highlighting trends, risks, recommendations. Those are more like outcomes/performance metrics. Could be included under Responsibilities as additional bullet points or maybe under a separate "Expectations" but we don't have heading. We can add them under Responsibilities as bullets. Add bullet points for success metrics. Also "How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time" we already covered many tasks; but we might duplicate. We'll incorporate those tasks into responsibilities; ensure we didn't miss any: Managing compliance calendar for lifts, fire safety, water hygiene, electrical testing and other statutory checks (we have). Coordinating contractor visits, verifying RAMS, insurance and permits to work, arranging access (we have). Maintaining digital records, certificates and logs (we have). Tracking remedial actions from audits and risk assessments, chasing updates and closing out works (we have). Producing regular compliance reports and dashboards (we have). Responding to queries from residents and colleagues (we have). Good. Now "Who This Role Is For" we captured as requirements. "Experience That Helps" we captured. Now "What We Offer" we captured as benefits. Now "About Rendall & Rittner" we added. Now "How We Hire" we added as paragraph under About the role. Check for any leftover boilerplate: "INTERESTED? Apply with your CV. All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documentary evidence of eligibility will be required. Appointment is subject to a valid DBS check." That
