Responsibilities

  • Provide compliance support for Paid Family Leave and Statutory Disability plans
  • Draft guidance and plan documents for employer clients
  • Monitor market changes and communicate updates on regulations and trends
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop client-facing materials
  • Consult on state leave laws for internal teams and clients
  • Represent the company at industry events to build professional networks
  • Respond to customer inquiries and manage regulatory compliance issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; Juris doctorate preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in leave management or disability-related fields
  • In-depth knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PFML, and other leave-related laws
  • Experience in client lifecycle management from implementation to ongoing support
  • Familiarity with Short Term Disability plans is beneficial
