Major Responsibilities
- Ensure all Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) are entered into Casino Management and all folders/documents are processed for review and e-file transmission.
- Maintain a log of all BSA e-file submissions.
- Monitor all electronic communication from FinCEN and ensure all issues are researched and corrected.
- Review all MTL, NIL, and analytics logs for any suspicious activity.
- Prepare and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) forms and narratives once approved by the Compliance Officer.
- Maintain hard-copy files of all BSA transmissions and documents required by IRS auditors.
- Avoid any other duties related to Title 31 Compliance as assigned by Cage and Floor Personnel.
- Maintain the annual Title 31 training online program reports to ensure all employees have continual training as per compliance regulations.
Qualification Requirements
- Function within a position that requires discretion and confidentiality.
- Relate well with others and adhere to professional ethical standards.
- Show excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Be proficient in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and adaptable to additional internal applications.
- Work under pressure of deadlines and time limitations.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the casino industry (preferred).
Education/Training
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- A bachelor’s degree preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds occasionally.
