Compliance Analyst-On Call (Harrah's Metropolis, Illinois)

Job Summary

Audits casino records to ensure compliance with Currency Transaction (CTR), Suspicious Activity (SAR) and Know Your Customer (KYC) reporting requirements. Assists with the administration of the company’s Anti-Money Laundering Policy and Program inclusive of ensuring compliance with the CTR, SAR and KYC training requirements. Assists Regulatory Compliance Manager and company executives as-needed on regulatory compliance affairs.

What You Will Need

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent grammatical skills, good spelling and problem solving skills required
• Word processing using Microsoft Word or company select software
• Knowledge of Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

• One year Compliance or related experience

• Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes
• GAMING Must have the ability to hold an Occupational License as required by the Illinois Gaming Board
