About the role
We are seeking a Compliance Analyst I to support our Compliance team by helping ensure the Bank meets regulatory requirements while protecting our customers and organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist with compliance reviews by evaluating processes, documenting findings, tracking corrective actions, and supporting recommendations that strengthen regulatory compliance.
- Perform quality control reviews of HMDA and CRA data, maintain accurate regulatory records, prepare required filings, and support regulatory reporting activities.
- Research regulatory requirements, assist with policy and procedure updates, and support responses to regulatory and compliance inquiries.
- Support Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) initiatives, Fair Lending activities, committee preparation, and special compliance projects while contributing to continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- You will need a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field AND 0–2 years of audit, compliance, finance, or risk management experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
