Compliance Analyst
Shift: Monday–Friday, standard business hours. Onsite position.
Pay range starts at $40+/hr. 12+ month W2 contract (no 1099/C2C) with possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
About the role
Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of compliance data from multiple sources; identify trends; and develop metrics and reporting for key stakeholders. Support day-to-day commercial compliance activities, identify compliance concerns, develop communications and training, and assist with audit preparation and remediation. Manage multiple compliance workflows and projects while collaborating with commercial, legal, financial compliance, and ethics stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure compliance controls are followed.
Requirements
- Experience analyzing large data sets with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel with Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously and coordinate actions with subject-matter experts
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience
Qualifications (preferred)
- 2+ years of pharmaceutical or related industry experience
- Experience supporting compliance monitoring, audits, or commercial compliance activities
