About the Role

Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with 2+ years of experience in complex civil litigation and/or general liability matters to join our team in downtown Seattle, with the opportunity to handle matters throughout Washington. The ideal candidate is ready to take on responsibility, independently handle cases, and analyze/research complex issues. We're looking for individuals who have a passion for advocacy and are ready to find creative legal solutions for their clients.

Responsibilities

• Experience handling personal injury, financial services, and/or professional negligence is a plus.
• Independently handle cases and analyze/research complex issues.
• Structure discovery plans, take and defend depositions, manage document-intensive cases, draft dispositive motions, and prepare for trial.
• Represent clients in the financial industry (a plus, but not required).

• Washington-licensed attorney with strong academic credentials.
• Ready to take on responsibility and handle complex civil litigation/general liability matters.
