Responsibilities
- Handle intake of cyber events and coordinate with vendors
- Participate in after-hours claim intake and incident response
- Evaluate claims and recommend accurate reserves
- Maintain documentation in the claims system
- Analyze liability and coverage issues for complex claims
- Draft coverage letters and manage vendor activities
- Identify settlement opportunities and collaborate on claims resolution
- Provide analytic support to underwriters and business development
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience adjusting cyber claims
- Juris Doctor or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Must be a licensed claims adjuster in your state and able to obtain California and New York licensing
- Strong team collaboration skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented yet able to work independently
