Your Role

• You will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe, outstanding care of clients with complex healthcare needs, providing compassionate, tailored support to promote independence and wellbeing.
• Clinical skills and experience would be advantageous in the following areas: mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, and respiratory/ventilation requirements –
• Tracheostomy and ventilation care
• Suctioning
• PEG feeding
• Making observations
• Cough assist
• Behavioral support

Training Pathway

What We’re Looking For

• At least 12 months of homecare experience
• Experience with complex needs such as brain injury, behavioral and learning difficulties and ventilation care
• Car driver
• Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
• Good communication skills and IT confidence
• Willingness to be part of a family-centred care team
• Hold an understanding of safeguarding
• Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
