Duties and Responsibilities
- Directly supervise contract services employed in the completion or workover of wells.
- Forecast upcoming needs from contractors and internally within completion operations.
- Communicate with pertinent contractors professionally and with ample lead time to ensure class leading safety standards and environmental stewardship are upheld.
- Ensure timely delivery of all materials, equipment, and crews to uphold business continuity.
- Follow up with contractors with adequate feedback to evolve their operations as needed within CLR’s scope of work.
- Record/enter accurate and detailed daily work reports and daily costs into Wellview.
- Auxiliary with vendor selection and material sourcing.
- Establish and maintain good working relationship with surface owners.
- Verify vendor compliance with company and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Monitor cost performance and operational efficiency to identify and report trends.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures and region’s applicable laws.
- Review and approve payable invoices.
- Recommend changes in techniques and procedures to Completion Engineers, Superintendent, & Supervisor.

Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
- A valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
- An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.
- Ability to pass a respiratory fit test, if applicable to route/location.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stoop, stand, walk, pull, carry instruments, and climb stairs and ladders for an extended period of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work overhead for extended periods of time.
- Ability to perform fine manipulations with hands and fingers.
- Capable of driving distances of 150 miles or more per day during all types of weather conditions.
- Ability to one arm carry up to 25lbs. without assistance.
- Regular bending, crouching, pulling, and kneeling to check equipment and gauges.
- Must be able to exert up to 50lbs. of force occasionally and up to 20lbs. frequently to move or manipulate objects.
- Ability to work significant amounts of time as required in completing job responsibilities.
- Working environment includes exposure to extremely loud noises in the field, hazardous chemicals, and hydrocarbons that may be under extreme pressure for which appropriate safety measures are required.
