Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Aviation Production, Maintenance, Modification, Repair or Overhaul (MMRO) Operations.
- Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Experience interacting with internal/external customers.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Job Description
You will be the Completion Supervisor - Level 3 for the F‑16 Production Completion team which is responsible for overseeing interior completion of F‑16V Block 70 aircraft.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Completion Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for leading the integration of sub‑assemblies, avionics, and mechanical systems while ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
- Lead a skilled team to achieve safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets for interior completion.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, engineering specifications, and FAA regulations.
- Manage workforce planning – hiring, training, performance evaluations, and work assignments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve challenges and optimize workflow.
- Drive continuous-improvement initiatives and foster a culture of accountability.

Desired Skills
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
- Experience with multi-tasking, organizing and prioritizing assignments.
- Conceptual knowledge of Focused Leader Engagement Management Systems (FLEMOS)
- Previously awarded an Air Force, Marine, or Navy 7 level discipline skill level rating or possess equivalent civilian experience with associated credential such as an licensed FAA “Airframe and Power" plant or Inspector Airframe license.
- Recent fighter aircraft experience
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing or processes.
