Compensation Special Project Worker
About the Role
This is an internship opportunity to gain experience in compensation consulting by participating in the design, development, and implementation of a broad range of compensation and career strategies programs for corporate, public sector, and higher education clients. Projects will include executive, sales, and broad-based employee pay program design, compensation architecture, performance management, organization and job design, and career and competency modeling.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and implementation of compensation and career strategies, services, and processes in client organizations, including:
- Compensation (executive, sales, and broad-based)
- Compensation architecture
- Performance management
- Organization and job design
- Career and competency modeling
- Engage in client-facing opportunities to gain broad-based exposure to compensation and performance management consulting concepts and processes.
- Apply problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills to build models accommodating various assumptions and conduct scenario-based analysis.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00 per hour.
