Accountabilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation programs that support business growth and employee success.
- Support annual and mid-year compensation planning cycles by advising People Business Partners and leadership teams.
- Design, implement, and manage compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity-related programs.
- Conduct job evaluations, market pricing analyses, and compensation reviews to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Partner with leadership and HR teams to resolve complex compensation matters and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Create compensation resources, training materials, and communication strategies to help managers and employees understand compensation practices.
- Guide calibration sessions and support compensation decision-making through insights and analysis.
- Develop and improve compensation processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with People Operations, Talent, Payroll, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and external vendors to ensure effective program delivery.
- Support change management initiatives related to compensation policies, practices, and organizational growth.
Requirements
- An experienced compensation professional with a strong understanding of modern compensation practices, job architecture, and market analytics.
- Experience developing and managing job architecture, leveling frameworks, and compensation structures.
- Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking, market analysis, and pay equity principles.
- Experience partnering with internal stakeholders, business leaders, and executive teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate, influence, and mentor stakeholders on compensation strategies.
- Experience supporting compensation programs within a high-growth or scaling organization preferred.
- Experience with compensation initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions, IPO readiness, or equity programs is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
