Responsibilities
- Manage merit, annual performance grant, and promotion cycles, overseeing timelines and system configuration
- Design and implement effective employee and manager experiences around compensation touchpoints
- Develop enablement materials to boost managers' confidence in compensation discussions
- Oversee the roadmap for employee and manager tools, ensuring they meet user needs
- Conduct data audits and quality reviews to identify issues and inform system improvements
- Measure the impact of tools and initiatives on user understanding and experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the compensation process
Qualifications
- 5-7 years in compensation, HR operations, or related program management roles with independence in running a merit and equity cycle
- Demonstrated product and operations mindset through impactful design and implementation of user-focused programs
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with accountability for outcomes
- Ability to conduct data audits and compensation analysis, identifying errors and patterns for improvement
- Proficiency with AI tools, showcasing practical applications rather than theoretical knowledge
- Strong communication skills to convey compensation concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, comfortable engaging with data
