Responsibilities

  • Manage merit, annual performance grant, and promotion cycles, overseeing timelines and system configuration
  • Design and implement effective employee and manager experiences around compensation touchpoints

  • Oversee the roadmap for employee and manager tools, ensuring they meet user needs
  • Conduct data audits and quality reviews to identify issues and inform system improvements
  • Measure the impact of tools and initiatives on user understanding and experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the compensation process

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years in compensation, HR operations, or related program management roles with independence in running a merit and equity cycle
  • Demonstrated product and operations mindset through impactful design and implementation of user-focused programs
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with accountability for outcomes
  • Ability to conduct data audits and compensation analysis, identifying errors and patterns for improvement
  • Proficiency with AI tools, showcasing practical applications rather than theoretical knowledge
  • Strong communication skills to convey compensation concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, comfortable engaging with data
