Qualifications

• Experience in conducting Disability Examinations on Veterans
• 5 years of experience required
• Experience in dealing with the types of exams required

Responsibilities

• Give opinions during Disability Evaluations
• Evaluate general medical conditions
• Order and evaluate appropriate diagnostic studies
• Generate C&P examination reports using CAPRI CPRS templates and Disability Benefits Questionnaires
• Maintain productivity standards as set by the C&P physician supervisor
• Demonstrate leadership in the C&P Service and work effectively between VHA and VBA
• Function as a resource person to other examiners
