Responsibilities
- Lead HR leaders through the annual compensation planning process to ensure stakeholder alignment
- Engage with HR teams for accurate and timely compensation data submission
- Provide analytics to address pay equity and recommend compensation adjustments
- Conduct salary analyses for senior roles or complex compensation situations
- Respond to salary equity analyses and provide unbiased recommendations
- Monitor salary adjustment spending and inform business of trends
- Support special projects and data requests involving compensation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in compensation, preferably in government contracting or defense
- Experience supporting federal contracting businesses with knowledge of SCA and DBA regulations
- Strong analytical and consulting skills to interpret data and provide practical recommendations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across various leadership levels
- Familiarity with compensation tools, incentive planning, and job classification systems
- Knowledge of Fair Labor Standards Act and federal contracting regulations
Pay
$112,200 – $196,400 annually
