Responsibilities
- Administer and manage compensation plans and processes
- Design scalable processes for efficient compensation administration
- Implement and ensure consistent application of compensation policies
- Manage compensation-related field inquiries and communication
- Oversee compensation payout cycles and operational processes
- Handle generation and tracking of compensation letters and records
- Develop reporting and quality assurance processes for compensation accuracy
Qualifications
- 8+ years in compensation operations or related roles
- Expertise in variable compensation programs at scale
- Proficient with compensation systems and tools
- Experience in executing payout cycles and plan administration
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to tasks
