Compensation Manager

About the Opportunity:The Compensation Manager role is focused on designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs that attract and retain top technical talent within Go-to-Market and Marketing teams. This position acts as a strategic advisor to leadership and HR partners, shaping compensation philosophy and practices to support growth and equity. The role contributes by optimizing compensation frameworks, guiding pay cycles, and providing data-driven recommendations to enhance talent management. 3. Responsibilities:• Facilitate corporate compensation programs including annual reviews, promotions, pay equity analysis, and market calibrations.• Design scalable compensation structures and deliver training on compensation fundamentals.• Develop compensation models and dashboards, providing insights and recommendations.• Collaborate with stakeholders to address evolving business compensation needs.• Manage relationships with leaders and partners with integrity and emotional intelligence.• Develop policies and processes to support innovation, compliance, and risk management.• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR partners and business leaders by creating scalable solutions. 4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.• At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably supporting technical organizations.• Experience with equity compensation in publicly traded companies.• Strong project management skills and experience in compensation program design and change management.• Advanced compensation analytics and spreadsheet proficiency.• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems, preferably Workday.• Knowledge of market pricing and compensation survey data.• Understanding of sales compensation plans, pay mix, and on-target earnings.• Strong communication skills across organizational levels.• Analytical, problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset.• Ability to perform in dynamic, ambiguous environments. Preferred:• Experience in sales compensation design or administration.• Familiarity with compensation tools such as PAVE or Compa. 5.
