Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for compensation inquiries for EPD and G&A populations
- Lead full compensation cycle programs, from planning to reporting
- Develop and maintain analytical models for compensation insights
- Manage compensation systems ensuring data integrity as the company scales
- Collaborate with PBPs, Finance, and leadership to align strategy with compensation
- Identify and address gaps in compensation infrastructure and improve workflows
- Ensure compliance with compensation practices as the company expands
Qualifications
- 5+ years in-house compensation experience in a technology company
- Hands-on experience with Radford for benchmarking methodology
- Proven full-cycle compensation management experience
- Strong analytical modeling and reporting skills
- Ability to build trust and act as a thought partner for stakeholders
- Experience in organizations with 1,000+ employees; pre-IPO or public exposure preferred
