What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and execution of compensation strategies and planning cycles, including system preparation, data analysis, and presentation of insights to align with business objectives.
- Oversee data management and integrity for the compensation team, ensuring accuracy across various compensation programs and conducting regular audits within Angi’s HRIS.
- Support ongoing reporting and dashboarding for the broader People team & business leaders to aid in critical and strategic decision-making.
- Participate in the ongoing development and administration of our compensation programs through regular benchmarking and market data analysis to provide recommendations for our compensation strategies.
- Lead efforts to evolve compensation structures, audit and revise the Job Code library, and support leveling efforts across the organization.
- Manage the daily administration of our equity compensation plans, including processing transactions, maintaining records, ensuring compliance, and supporting participants.
- Provide oversight and guidance to ensure accuracy and timely execution of all equity processes.
- Tackle projects that improve compensation data accuracy and process efficiency. Partner with People Operations & business leaders to improve processes to track & execute off-cycle compensation changes.
Who You Are
- You have 5+ years of compensation experience in a fast-paced and high-growth environment, ideally with experience in equity administration.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience.
- You are a strong cross-functional partner, with experience working closely with HRBPs to support and advise their business leaders.
- You have strong data management skills, analytical skills, and ability to interpret and communicate insights from data.
- You are proficient in Excel and Google Sheets - including the use of pivot tables and formulas to connect disparate data sources.
- You must be self-driven and able to work autonomously.
- You are detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- You have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- You are familiar with equity administration tools (e.g., Shareworks, E*TRADE, Certent) is highly preferred; experience with Shareworks is a plus.
- You have knowledge of securities laws, tax regulations, and accounting principles related to equity compensation (e.g., ASC 718).
Compensation & Benefits
- The salary band for this position ranges from $110,000-$135,000 commensurate with experience and performance.
