JOB FUNCTIONS
- Perform compensation audits
- Answer compensation related questions from coworkers and leaders
- Research new store locations for market analysis
- Update compensation documents as needed
- Complete custom and standardized compensation surveys
- Aid in educating our new and current leaders on our compensation philosophy
- Aid in gathering data and reviewing pay equity within the organization
- Assist HRIS and leadership with SuccessFactors Compensation module to support efficiency and perform analytics
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related fields or relevant work experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills and proven ability to protect confidential information
- High attention to detail, well organized and able to create/maintain effective documentation
- Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals or groups of co-workers and/or leaders
- Must be able to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Able to effectively work as a team member and individual contributor
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must live in La Crosse, WI area and work onsite
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years previous Compensation experience
- Advanced Excel skills such as VLOOKUPs, formulas, pivot tables, etc.
- Experience working in HRIS systems; SuccessFactors experience is a plus
