Job Summary
Works collaboratively with Director of HR to strategize, develop, and implement HR goals and initiatives that align with and support the overall business strategy.
Collaborates with the Director of HR to establish competitive compensation and benefit programs, ensuring the organization provides total compensation packages that attract, retain, engage, and motivate top talent in the industry.
Manages and oversees the day-to-day activities of identified HR staff in support of the service and delivery of compensation and benefits functions and responsibilities.
Ensures all processes and procedures are performed in a timely and accurate manner and that all actions taken or requested are consistent with Valley Hope’s policies and procedures and are compliant with regulatory requirements.
