Responsibilities
- Lead the annual year-end compensation cycle, including base salary, bonus, and incentive planning aligned with performance management
- Build and maintain compensation models, tools, and guidelines to support managers and ensure alignment with budget and compensation philosophy
- Manage benchmarking processes, including survey participation, market analysis, and job matching to maintain competitive pay practices
- Partner with Talent Management to support offer development and headcount planning
- Ensure compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency requirements
- Deliver compensation training and guidance to managers and employees
- Collaborate with HR leadership to prepare materials for executive leadership and Board-level Compensation Committee meetings
Requirements
- MUST be able to work onsite in Boston, MA
What You Bring
- 8+ years of hands-on compensation experience, including cycle management, job evaluations, and market pricing
- Strong analytical and modeling skills with advanced Excel expertise
- Prioritization and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex compensation data into clear insights
- A high level of discretion handling sensitive and confidential information
- Experience with ADP and/or HR Soft is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
