Compensation Analyst

What You'll Do

• Analyze market pay trends and assist with compensation recommendations.
• Evaluate positions and support job classification and salary alignment efforts.
• Produce reporting and insights related to compensation, staffing, and organizational trends.
• Partner with recruiting and HR teams to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.
• Help maintain accurate employee, position, and compensation data across HR systems.
• Affirm annual compensation planning and ongoing pay-related initiatives.
• Support HR compliance efforts by preparing documentation and ensuring data integrity.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve reporting capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, workforce planning, finance, or a related analytical role.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret large data sets.
• Experience translating data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
• A high attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Nice to have:
• Experience with compensation benchmarking or salary survey platforms.
• Exposure to HRIS or workforce reporting tools.
• A professional HR or compensation certification.
• A background supporting compensation reviews, organizational planning, or people analytics.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related discipline.
