What You'll Do
- Analyze market pay trends and assist with compensation recommendations.
- Evaluate positions and support job classification and salary alignment efforts.
- Produce reporting and insights related to compensation, staffing, and organizational trends.
- Partner with recruiting and HR teams to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Help maintain accurate employee, position, and compensation data across HR systems.
- Affirm annual compensation planning and ongoing pay-related initiatives.
- Support HR compliance efforts by preparing documentation and ensuring data integrity.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve reporting capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, workforce planning, finance, or a related analytical role.
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret large data sets.
- Experience translating data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
- A high attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with compensation benchmarking or salary survey platforms.
- Exposure to HRIS or workforce reporting tools.
- A professional HR or compensation certification.
- A background supporting compensation reviews, organizational planning, or people analytics.
