Total Compensation Strategy
The Compensation Analyst will design and administer comprehensive compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and commission structures tailored for luxury retail environments. They will collaborate with HR and leadership to align programs with business objectives and brand values.
To ensure pay practices reflect the brand's prestige, the analyst will work autonomously to develop recommendations, troubleshoot problems, and deliver accurate compensation insights with minimal supervision.
Commission Plan Development
Create and evaluate commission structures for showroom and boutique colleagues to incentivize client engagement and sales excellence. Monitor effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on market trends and performance data.
Market Benchmarking & Analysis
Conduct multi-state market pricing and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning. Prepare compensation surveys and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations across multiple jurisdictions. Maintain documentation and audit processes for compensation programs.
Reporting & Analytics
Deliver actionable compensation reports and dashboards to leadership. Analyze pay equity and recommend corrective measures as needed.
