Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in clients’ homes
• Support, encourage, and assist with skill‑building activities
• Bring recipients into the community to help grow and strengthen personal goals outside the home environment

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older
