Responsibilities

• Perform nursing services, treatments, and diagnostic procedures as assigned, under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Observe, record, and report patient symptoms, reactions, and changes.
• Perform selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, or preventative nursing care.
• Provide one‑to‑one care for pediatric and dependent adult patients with a G‑tube.
• Participate in quarterly in‑service learning sessions and team forums.

Requirements

• Current CA LVN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• 0‑2 years of experience (new grads welcome; training provided).
