Responsibilities

• Create safe, comfortable environments where seniors thrive
• Support daily wellness by assisting with medications and therapy exercises
• Preserve dignity through thoughtful personal care assistance
• Enable independence by helping with mobility and daily activities
• Bring joy through companionship and engaging conversations
• Maintain connection to community through accompaniment to appointments and activities
• Ensure peace of mind by being alert and responsive to client needs
• Foster independence by supporting light housekeeping and meal preparation

Requirements

• A caring heart and genuine desire to make a difference
• Patience and empathy in all interactions
• Strong communication skills to connect with clients and families
• Reliability and commitment to being there when needed
• Physical stamina to provide active support throughout the day
• Previous caregiving experience (preferred but not required - we provide training)
• CPR and first aid knowledge
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Spanish language skills (preferred)

Pay

Starting pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule

Minimum 20 hours per week; Primary hours: Monday to Friday, day shift; Weekend availability as needed; Holiday coverage opportunities; In-person care delivery.
