Korn Ferry's Compass Rotational Consulting Program is designed for Big 4 and public accounting professionals seeking to broaden their experience, accelerate their careers, and explore various career paths before committing to a long-term role in industry.

Responsibilities

• Complete a series of high-impact projects across diverse clients including public, private, PE-backed, VC-backed, and founder-led organizations.
• Build skills in technical accounting, reporting, operational finance, and project management.
• Gain exposure to CFOs, Controllers, and executive-level finance teams early in your career.
• Explore multiple accounting and finance career paths while maintaining structured learning, mentorship, and coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 2+ years of public accounting experience
• CPA is preferred
• A self-starter mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to learn
• Excellent communication, client service, and relationship-building skills
• Flexibility and desire to explore different pathways before committing to a long-term direction

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Experience: 2+ years of public accounting experience
• Professional certification: CPA preferred
