COMPANY DRIVER

About the role

PAM Transport, Inc. is seeking experienced drivers to join our team. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including up to $80,000 annually, weekly home time, and various bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Drive company-owned vehicles safely and efficiently
• Load and unload cargo according to safety guidelines
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
• Maintain vehicle condition and perform routine maintenance

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• No DWI/DUI within the last 5 years
• At least 12 months (1 year) of experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position
• Or at least 3 months of experience in the last year and completion of an accredited school program

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Pass a drug screening and background check

Pay

The pay range for this position is $0.55–$0.65 per mile, based on your experience level and total miles driven. Final compensation may vary depending on program details and additional factors such as completed training, endorsements, tenure, work schedule, and overall performance.
