About the role

PAM Transport, Inc. is seeking experienced truck drivers for solo dedicated positions in Indianapolis, IN. This role offers competitive pay and benefits, including up to $0.65 per mile, medical, dental, prescription drug, and vision plans, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned routes safely and efficiently
• Load and unload cargo according to safety guidelines
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Communicate regularly with dispatch to maintain accurate logs and schedules
• Maintain vehicle condition and perform routine maintenance checks

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• No DWI/DUI within the last 5 years
• At least 12 months (1 year) of full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving experience
• Or at least 3 months of experience in the last year and completion of an accredited school program

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older
• Passing drug and alcohol test
• Pass pre-employment physical exam

Pay

The pay range for this position is $0.55–$0.65 per mile, based on your experience level and total miles driven. Final compensation may vary depending on program details and additional factors such as completed training, endorsements, tenure, work schedule, and overall performance.
